How To Find Us

LINKS GOLF CLUB, CAMBRIDGE ROAD, NEWMARKET, SUFFOLK CB8 0TG

 

The golf club is located off the A1304, one mile south of Newmarket, opposite the Rowley Mile racecourse.

Travelling from Cambridge and the West (A14) and the North (A1) leave the A14 at Quy and turn left onto the A1303 following signs for Newmarket. At the roundabout where the A1303 joins the A1304 bear left towards Newmarket Town Centre. The golf club will be on the right hand side one mile before the town centre.

Travelling from London and the South leave the M11 at junction 9 and follow the A11 towards Newmarket. Leave the A11 at the A1304 junction following the signs for Newmarket. The golf club will be on the right hand side one mile before the town centre.

Travelling from Bury St. Edmunds and the East, leave the A14 at junction 39, the B1506 signposted to Newmarket. At the junction with the A1304 bear left and follow the road through the town. The golf club will be one mile out of town on the left hand side.

Travelling from Ely follow the A142 into the Town Centre. At the Clock Tower roundabout turn right following the signs to Haverhill (B1061). Follow the road down the High Street continuing onto the A1304 towards Cambridge. The golf club will be one mile out of town on the left hand side.

Travelling from Brandon, Thetford and Norwich leave the A11 at the A1304 junction following signs to Newmarket. Follow the A1304 towards Cambridge through the town and the golf club will be one mile out of town on the left hand side.

The Links GC was first established in 1902, and later re-designed by the renowned golf architect Colonel S.V. Hotchkin, most famous for the ‘Hotchkin Course’ at Woodall Spa, the home of England Golf.
